3 Anchorage Alaska RPPC from early 1900s 2 hospitals & the Court House

I have had a photo album filled with very old real photo postcards of Alaska for a number of years but have decided to start parting with them.  I will be listing the cards in groups of categories - such as dog sledding, gold mining, railroads, hunters, etc.  I believe all the cards are from the early 1900's  and it appears none of them were ever used.  Someone many years ago collected these and put them in an album as a remembrance I think. All the postcards are approximately 3 1/2" by 51/2" and appear to be in never used nice condition.
This listing is for 3 postcards.  One is Providence Hospital.  One is U.S. Government hospital and one is the Court House.
Please use photos to evaluate condition as this subject is not my area and I am unfamiliar with the grading codes to grade paper items.  All the postcards appear to be in never used condition.
