An unsealed but otherwise, new-on-the-sprue set of the original,
Imperial Space Marines
.
-The very first, all plastic, modular box set created by Games Workshop for Warhammer 40,000. The models all represent Marines in the Mark 6, or Corvus, Power Armor. Traditionally known as the "Beakie" Armor.
-The sprues come with enough components to assemble four (4) complete models, with a variety of weapon & equipment options. The models are provided with the original, 25mm round plastic bases.
-The later series Imperial Space Marines sprues would differ in plastic coloration and have '1991' tagged on the sprue frame. These first series sprues have no date or serial number on the sprue frame.
