Please allow up to 5 days for orders to be prepared and quality checked.  Payment is required at time of purchase.  We do not accept returns on 3d printed items, however I will always back my customers and want you to love your items.  If damage is incurred during shipping I will replace the damaged part.  Please contact me before leaving a bad review, I am always available to help my customers and I cannot control how USPS handles my shipments.
