FORGET-ME-NOT Alaska State Flower BUCK  AK Postcard PAINTING By KEN HAAG 1968
Postcard image shows a picture of the painting done by Ken Haag.  It shows a few sprigs of Forget-Me-Nots to the right in the foreground.  In the mid-ground is a Buck standing by a body of water.  In the background are the mountains.  The edges of the postcard are scalloped.
    ON THE BACK:
"Forget-Me-Not Alaska State Flower.  Found profusely over all the northern part of Alaska and as far south as Haines, the wild native forger-me-not was designated formally as the floral emblem of the Territory of Alaska on April 28, 1917 and is accepted as the official flower of the State.  This scene is from the original canvas painted especially to give true rendition to Alaska's official State Flower."
