    Description

Up for auction are two great old postcard and photo albums from Canada and Alaska.  The Alaska album has both postcards and photographs, with the picture/card count being 169.   Many of the pictures and cards are labeled in the negative, and there are pictures of El Primo Mine, ships, a big silver gelatin picture of two men in a Curtis amphibious plane in the water,  town views, street scenes, local Inuit people, totems, etc...  Too many to list.  Most are of personal photographs, and not mass-produced images made for tourist.  One of the great things about the Alaska album is that the owner attached the pictures with one glue-dot in the upper corner.  These images can easily be removed, or if desired, attached in a more permanent fashion.   Album is intact, with both covers and string binding being present.
The British Columbia album probably pre-dates the Alaska album, and it consists of family pictures, several military pictures, RPPC's of Prince Rupert, etc....  272 picture count, with most being snapshots.
Opening bid is .00.  Shipping in the USA is $ 13 via USPS priority shipping, with overseas or Canada shipping being through ebay global shipping program.
