NOTE:  The above scan is fairly close to the original.
The original has slightly LESS of a GOLDEN tinge than seen above.  It is a brownish color with a golden tone and has very good contrast.
This is an interesting vintage photograph.  A lovely Eskimo girl poses nude on a fur rug.  She is holding a shot glass and next to her is a fifth of Old Line Maryland Whiskey.  There is a fair to good chance this was taken in Alaska.  We purchased this about 10 years ago with a group of Alaska postcards and an album.  Old Line Whiskey is still in business and has an award winning single malt.  We are uncertain of when this was taken but guestimate it to be from the 1920s to 1930s or so.  The photo is a brownish color with a golden tone and has very good contrast.  It has a little less golden tones than seen above.  It is an 8 1/8 by 10 inch glossy photo and is in pretty good condition.  There is a diagonal crease at the upper right corner area and some of the edges are very slightly bumped.  If you look hard, you can see the semi light crease.  The whiskey bottle is not in super focus.  If you turn the photo to catch glare, you see a couple quite small and slight areas of wear.  The tiny white spots at the lower right corner area were on the negative.  We are uncertain of the origin of the fur rug, but it does look soft.  What a lovely lady and what an interesting photo!
